OPINION

2Per curiam

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for possession of stolen property. On December 5, 1985, this court entered an order stating that this appeal would stand submitted on the briefs and record, unless counsel filed a request for argument. Such a request was filed on December 17, 1985, by Thomas Mitchell, the Deputy Public Defender responsible for representing appellant in this matter. Accordingly, on December 18, 1985, the court scheduled argument for February 19, 1986.
