Geraci v. Southern Scrap Material Co.

This case is an appeal following a remand from this court in Geraci v. Southern Scrap Material Co., Ltd., 425 So.2d 916 (La.App. 4th Cir.1983). In that case we affirmed the trial court judgment on the main demand awarding plaintiff $17,500 in damages resulting from the April 11, 1977, rear-end collision of his truck by a tractor-trailer driven by an employee of Southern Scrap Material Co., Ltd.
