|; This litigation arises from a family dispute over an unpaid debt. The plaintiffs, David and Linda Dorries, are seeking to execute on a deficiency judgment against Linda’s brother, Edward Earle Linder (“Earle”), by seizing and selling at sheriffs sale his interest in immovable property located in Claiborne Parish. Earle claimed to have sold the property to a third party, who later intervened in the suit.
