Paul Leung (Leung), General Manager of the House of Lee, Inc. restaurant, petitions for review of a Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC or Commission) order adopting the initial decision of the Administrative Law Judge (AU) and denying the Exceptions filed thereto by Leung.
