BRYAN, Judge.

This is the second appeal in this case. For the factual background of the case, see McCarthy v. Popwell, 880 So.2d 1156 (Ala.Civ.App.2003). In the previous appeal, Donna Lynn Popwell McCarthy (“the mother”) appealed a judgment requiring her to pay postminority educational support in the amount of $280 per month as long as the son born of her marriage to Arthur J. Popwell (“Mr. Popwell”) was pursuing a college education and maintaining a “C” average.
