KELLY, Circuit Judge.

The individual Defendants-Appellants appeal from the district court’s denial of their motions for summary judgment based upon qualified immunity. The entity Defendanb-Appellant (Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City) also appeals, arguing that should we determine a constitutional violation did not occur, we should reverse and render judg.ment in its favor. As we discuss, we have jurisdiction to consider the denial of qualified immunity to the individual Defendants.
