Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052, the following constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law with respect to the trial held March 3, 1986.
FINDINGS OF FACT
Behring International, Inc. (“Behring” or “Debtor”) commenced this case in this court on April 17, 1985, by the filing of a voluntary petition pursuant to Chapter 11, Title 11 of the United States Code. The Court converted the case to a Chapter 7 on August 5, 1985, and Don Navarro (“Navarro” or “Trustee”) was appointed Trustee. Navarro is a resident of the Northern District…
