Defendant appeals, from a judgment rendered against him of $9,779.40 for arrears of alimony, support and maintenance of two minor children under the terms of a divorce decree entered in favor of plaintiff in 1930.

There is substantially no dispute as to the salient facts. It appears that on March 27, 1930 plaintiff obtained a divorce from defendant on personal service of summons. The decree required him to pay $25 a week for alimony and the support and maintenance of two minor children, whose custody was awarded to plaintiff.
