I. INTRODUCTION

In this case, plaintiff-appellant, Frank Rosen (hereinafter "Rosen") filed suit against Gulfshores, Inc. (hereinafter "Gulfshores") and Donald Farrell (hereinafter "Farrell") in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, alleging wrongful discharge, breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing, failure to provide contractual incentives and benefits, intentional or negligent infliction of mental distress, and intentional interference with an employment relationship.
