Appellees as complainants below brought their suit against appellants as defendants in the Circuit Court of Duval County, Florida, to foreclose a certain mortgage more specifically therein described. Final hearing on bill and answer in which a demurrer was incorporated and testimony duly taken by a special master resulted in a decree of foreclosure, the pertinent parts of which are as follows:
