Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

On January 5, 1984, acting at the behest of defendant’s wife, the police searched defendant’s apartment and the persons present, including defendant and his codefendant Roberto Torres. Although the police confiscated a small amount of marihuana, their search for approximately 20 ounces of cocaine proved fruitless and no arrests were made.
