David Hooker and Ottie Hooker, pro se litigants who are son and father respectively, appeal from a chancery court order dismissing with prejudice their complaint for declaratory judgment against Producers Tractor Co. (Producers), Deere Credit Services Inc. (Deere Credit), and John Deere Co. (John Deere). The Hookers raise seven points on appeal.
