This proceeding, in the form of a con-cursus, involves the ownership of $500 deposited in the Registry of the civil district court by the Grand Grove of Louisiana, United Ancient Order of Druids, as the proceeds of a certain “mortuary benefit fund certificate” issued to Eugene J.
