MARVEL, Chancellor:

William duPont, Jr., then a divorced man resident in Brandywine Hundred, died on December 31, 1965 leaving three sons and two daughters, a number of grandchildren, a will executed on June 19, 1964, and an estate having an estimated adjusted gross value in excess of $33,000,000, an interest in a trust set up in his father’s will having terminated on his father’s death, and the principal from which decedent’s proportionate lifetime interest in the corpus of such trust had been derived having been distributed among his children.
