IRWIN, Justice:

The sole issue presented.is whether Billy Wayne Pinson (claimant) was an employee of Ron-Jon Co., Inc., so as to be within the purview of the Workmen’s Compensation Act at the time he sustained the accidental injury for which he seeks recovery from Ron-Jon’s compensation carrier, Employers Fire Insurance Company (respondents). Respondents argue that claimant was an independent contractor at the time of the accidental injury in question.
