SATZ, Judge.

Defendant, Afshari Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Missouri Real Estate Company and Missouri Construction Company (Afshari), contracted to build a house for plaintiffs, George Hensic and Jeanette Hensic (Hen-sics). In a three count petition, the Hensics sued Afshari for breach of contract, breach of implied warranty and misrepresentation based upon alleged defects in construction. At the close of the Hensics’ case, the trial court directed verdicts against the Hensics on the warranty and misrepresentation counts.
