*193 *1252 ¶ 1 Plaintiff, Karen Duncan, appeals the judgment of the circuit court granting defendant FedEx Office and Print Services, Inc.'s (FedEx) motion to dismiss her complaint, which alleged that FedEx willfully violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA) ( 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (2012) ) when it printed more than the last five digits of her credit card number on its sales receipt.
