— The matters before this court are the preliminary objections of defendant, Christopher Todd Brown (Father), pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1915.5(a), challenging the jurisdiction of this court to hear the above-captioned child custody action. Father alleges that the State of Ohio has continuing jurisdiction over the child custody dispute and that, therefore, this court should decline jurisdiction.
