This proceeding is to revoke limited and restricted letters of administration issued to Frances Bosco in the estate of Joseph Bosco. Trial counsel to the attorney for the administratrix of the estate submitted an affidavit to the court, pursuant to SCPA 719 (subd 10), to bring certain facts to the attention of the court.
