Plaintiff Comtrol, Inc. is a company which specializes in the use of telephonic equipment. Defendant H-K Corporation, whose telephone bills at the location in question ran to about $60,000 per year, employed it to review the telephonic communications system provided *350by Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company with a view to achieving lower costs and better service.
