In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Nattie Santos, Ruby Santos, and Edmund Santos appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated June 26, 2006, as denied those branches of their cross motion which were *701for summary judgment dismissing the causes of action alleging violations of Labor Law § 240 (1) and § 241 (6) insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and those branches of the cross motion which were for summary…
