This is an appeal from the chancery court of Adams county. The appellant sought in the court below, by petition as amended, to have its certain claim against the said First Natchez Bank probated and allowed with priority of payment, or as a preference claim. The receiver demurred to the petition, and final decree *69was entered sustaining the demurrer and dismissing the petition, from which adverse decree the appellant prosecutes the appeal.
