| tin this action seeking to enforce a non-competition agreement, Navarre Chevrolet Inc., hereinafter “Navarre,” sought to enforce a non-competition agreement against David Begnaud, hereinafter “Begnaud.” The trial court found the non-competition agreement to be null and void. Navarre appealed. We affirm.
