This action is a multidistrict antitrust litigation involving six parens patriae actions, 15 U.S.C. § 15c and two private treble damages actions, 15 U.S.C. § 15, which have been consolidated. See generally In Re Mid-Atlantic Toyota Antitrust Litigation, 560 F.Supp. 760 (D.Md.1983). All plaintiffs have submitted motions for preliminary approval of proposed settlement agreements and dismissals pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 15(c) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(e), and a motion for approval of plan of notice.
