Complainants, claiming’ as the heirs of John Davis (who died intestate about the year 1860), filed their original bill ■in ejectment on January 21, 1931, against Ducktown Chemical & Iron Company to recover one acre of land in Polk County, described in the bill as “lying near the center of section 15, fractional township 4 south, range 5 east of the basis line, and being the same property John B. Davis reserved for cemetery purposes and on which the remains of John B.
