I. Introduction
This appeal by defendant Leonard Pelul-lo, arising. out of his conviction at his fourth trial in the District Court for wire fraud and civil RICO violations, brings his case before this Court for the fourth time as well. See United States v. Pelullo, 964 F.2d 193 (3d Cir.1992) (“Pelullo /”); United States v. Pelullo, 14 F.3d 881 (3d Cir.1994) (“Pelullo II ”); United States v.
