After a bench trial, the defendant Anderton was convicted of the offense of distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He urges appellate reversal of his conviction on the single ground that the district court erroneously denied his motion to dismiss the indictment for the government’s alleged violations of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161 et seq.
