This petition for certiorari was brought to review the action of a justice of the Family Court in denying the respondent’s motion to vacate an interlocutory decree of divorce entered on February 18, 1970. • The respondent has also prosecuted an appeal to this court from that decision, and the appeal has been consolidated with the petition for certiorari for hearing.
