This.is a petition by the above-named creditor of the bankrupt to. review an order of one of the referees in bankruptcy denying a petition of said creditor for reclamation; such' order being based, upon the,ground that the chattel mortgage under which such reclamation is sought is invalid, because at the time' of *207its execution by the bankrupt corporation its corporate powers were suspended.
