You requested the opinion of this office concerning several issues which have arisen in connection with the Millennium Trust (the ATrust )and the Louisiana Fund (the AFund ) established in the State Treasurypursuant to Article VII, Sections 10.8 and 10.9, respectively, of theLouisiana Constitution, effective July 1, 2000.
