This is a suit upon an accident, health, and disability insurance policy issued by the Provident Life & Accident Insurance Company to Joe Johnson, and payable to the latter’s estate. The principal sum of the insurance was $2,000 to protect Johnson against “effects resulting directly and exclusively of all other causes from bodily injuries sustained during the life of this policy, solely through external, violent, and accidental means,” except by suicide.
