In the appeal styled 2000-CA-001674-MR, the surviving relatives and heirs of Luke Angel, deceased, and the heirs of Thelma Angel, deceased, (the Angels) appeal a June 13, 2000 findings of facts, conclusions of law and judgment of the Whitley Circuit Court that granted summary judgment in favor of the surviving relatives and heirs of Thelma McKeehan Angel, deceased, and the heirs of Luke Angel (the McKeehans).
