Schachner, J.), entered November 20, 2013, which denied plaintiffs motion to vacate orders, same court and Justice, entered April 10, 2013 and July 29, 2013, granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on default, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion to vacate the orders granted, and the matter remanded for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
