This is a discretionary appeal from the Chancery Court, upon a designated record, to review the decision of the Chancellor upon one question. The Chancellor denied to the appellant a mechanic’s lien upon tw'o houses, which the appellant had constructed upon two lots owned by the defendant, under a contract for a stipulated price of $1875 each. The appellant seeks in this court to have his lien declared upon this property. The appellant, Frank E.
