[S. C., 1 Tenn. 489, and Cooke, 220.] In Equity. — This case is in part reported in Tenn. 489. Upon the final hearing, the plaintiff produced a grant on the entry of Kendrick, which began at the fork of Globe and Fountain Creeks, as called for in the entry, and ran up the creek west, in length twice its breadth.

The defendant's counsel proposed to go into a re-examination of the locality of Kendrick's entry.
