ALMA WILSON, Justice:

We are presented with the question of whether to expand the holding in Brigance v. Velvet Dove Restaurant, Inc., 725 P.2d 300 (Okla.1986), to include liability against commercial vendors of beer for consumption off the premises when those vendors sell to minors. We answer affirmatively.

Procedurally, this matter comes before us on certiorari. The trial court below granted a motion of the appellee to dismiss the appellants’ claim for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The Court of Appeals affirmed. We have previously granted certiorari to consider…
