Charles Burnett appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Burnett argues that the record does not contain a factual basis for his guilty plea to receiving stolen property. He claims that he was denied effective assistance of counsel when plea counsel did not seek to withdraw his guilty plea when probation under the plea agreement became impossible and imprisonment unavoidable.
