The instant disciplinary proceeding arises from four counts of formal charges brought by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") against respondent, Leonard O. Parker, Jr.[1] The charges allege violations of Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(a), (c), 1.7(b), 1.15(a), (b), 1.16(d), 3.4(a), (c), 8.1(b), (c), and 8.4(a), (c), (d) and (g) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 9(c).
