Brian Glenn Findley was found guilty by a Washington County jury of theft of property and was sentenced by the court to ten years’ imprisonment. Find-ley argues on appeal that the trial judge abused his discretion in admitting into evidence certain exhibits and in denying his motion for a continuance when the exhibits were offered. These arguments are based on the appellant’s contention that the State did not fulfill its discovery obligations with respect to the exhibits. We find no error and affirm.
