On June 25, 1962, in the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, Sidney M. Markley filed a complaint against his wife under the prolusions of The Divorce Law of May 2, 1929, P. L. 1237, as enlarged by the amendment of December 30, 1959, P. L. 2055, 23 P.S. 15. This complaint contained three counts. The first count was an action in divorce a.v.m. on the ground of indignities to the person.
