Hurley Water Co. v. Public Service Commission

Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the Public Service Commission which, inter alia, relegated petitioners to a provisional return of 6% of the adopted rate base in calculating the rates allowed. Petitioners, three water companies, filed jointly for proposed rate increases in October, 1978.
