This matter comes before the court on a Motion to Quash Subpoena (Doc. 24) filed on January 11, 2017, by the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”). BLM received a subpoena by Plaintiff in relation to her work for Defendant The Arcanum Group, Inc. (“Arcanum”). Defendant contracted with BLM to provide support staff, including Plaintiff.
