WYZANSKI, District Judge.

Mr. Foreman and Gentlemen of the Jury: The case to which you and I have been listening for the last six days is technically known as an action of tort for malicious interference. Stated very simply, the plaintiff, Dr. John Hegarty, charges that the two defendants, Denis Hegarty and his sister Mrs. Golden, deprived him improperly of a fair share which he otherwise would have had from his father Patrick’s estate.
