ROGERS, Justice.
Mrs. Susie Brownfield was injured in May, 1938, while in the employ of the Southern Amusement Company, Inc., and in this suit she is seeking compensation from her, employer and its insurance carriers. .An award in her favor by the district court was affirmed by the Court of Appeal.
