MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

William T. Fowler filed a complaint seeking a determination that a debt owed to him by Steven T. Garey is nondis-chargeable. Mr. Fowler alleged that the debt owed to him by Mr. Garey was in the nature of money obtained by false pretenses, fraud or false representations, as well as in the nature of a willful and malicious injury to another. 1 Sections 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(6) of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
