Donald Brynelsen seeks review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, finding that the Plaintiff was not disabled and denying his application for Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB") under Title II of the Social Security Act ("Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 423(d)(2), and Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") under Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1382c(a)(3)(A).
