This cause is before the Court in the form of consolidated appeals of an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, dated May 22, 1987, overruling appellants’ objections to the agreement of compromise and settlement of claims of appellee The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States (“The Equitable”) against the debtors’ estates.
