This case was reserved upon the bill and demurrer, with a stipulation that if the demurrer is sustained the bill is to be dismissed, otherwise such decree is to be entered as justice and equity require. Three individuals, in their joint interest, and a corporation are the plaintiffs, and an individual and another corporation are the defendants.
