*263Order of disposition, Family Court, Bronx County (Harold J. Lynch, J.), entered on or about July 1, 2004, adjudicating appellant a juvenile delinquent and placing him with the Office of Children and Family Services for 12 months, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the fact-finding order vacated and the petition dismissed.
