The plaintiffs filed an action for damages for wrongful attachment, trespassing on the premises and damages to the personal property against Alejandro and Manuel Cancel, owners of a business in the city of Mayagiiez doing business under the name Cancel Brothers, and against Fidel Babilonia, owner of a rental property in said city.
